Saab El-Gaf'sha : A Traditional Kuwaiti Dessert - Guest Post for "With A Spin"

Ramadan Kareem everyone. The beautiful Lail behind withaspin.com had generously asked me to guest post on her blog for the holy month of Ramadan. And I have created this delicious traditional Kuwaiti dessert that is often prepared in Ramadan. It is called (Sab El-Gaf'sha) referring to the way the batter is poured into the hot oil with a spoon. 'Sab' means 'pour', 'El-Gaf'sha) means 'the spoon'. To read the whole post and get the recipe head over to her wonderful space.
